China's Politburo met to draft plan for H2 economic work – Xinhua
China’s state news agency, Xinhua, reports that China’s ruling Communist Party’s top decision-making body (Politburo) met earlier on Tuesday to work out a plan on the economic work for the second half of this year.
The Chinese President Xi Jinping chaired the politburo meeting, adding that the body reviewed the economic conditions at the meeting.
The Chinese proxy, the Aussie, trades at the lowest levels in six weeks near 0.6890 region, weighed down by broad USD strength and risk-aversion.
