South Korea: US must not strike North Korea without Seoul's consent - RTRS
The chairwoman of South Korea’s ruling party, Choo Mi-ae, told a Washington think-tank on Wednesday, the US President Trump should “under no circumstances” undertake military action against North Korea without the consent of the government in Seoul.
