Uncertainty remains high in global economy – ECB’s V.Constancio

Vitor Constancio, Vice President of the European Central Bank, said on Tuesday that the global economy faces a high degree of uncertainty.

Constancio urged for more expansionary policies and reforms, adding that the banking sector needs support from other policies.

He also that banks could decide to relocate following the Brexit vote.
