EUR/USD struggles around 1.1100

EUR/USD halted the pullback moved a tad higher after data showed US initial jobless claims rose more than expected last week.

The greenback faced some pressure and EUR/USD turned back north, rising to an hourly high of 1.1100 in recent dealings. The pair however, lacked determination to decisively regain the psychological level and it was last trading at 1.1095, still up 0.34% on the day.

EUR/USD technical levels

As for technical levels,  next resistances are seen at 1.1119 (Jul 28 high), 1.1164 (Jul 14 high) and then 1.1185 (Jul 5 high). On the other hand, supports could be found at 1.1027 (10-day SMA), 1.0951 (Jul 25 low), 1.0911 (post-Brexit low, Jun 24) and 1.0821 (Mar 10 low).
